Description:
Directory Assistance is primarily intended to assist telephone operators
in the quick lookup of information for customers who are calling in.
To do this, it will import a tab delimited file (from any host system or
Directory Maintenance). Data should
be maintained in your host system if possible. For those who
do not have a way to enter "non-people" in their host system,
or do not have a host system, we have created Directory
Maintenance for data entry.
Lookups, by operators, from your host database is not always fast and does
not offer the flexibility of our software.
